Delivery + Returns

Shipping:

Once we have received and verified your order, please allow up to 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. 

All orders are mailed via USPS. Standard shipping should take approximately 3-5 business days, excluding holidays and weekends, and depending on high volume times.  Please note, once package is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages:


If you have not received your package within 10 days of shipping, please contact customerservice@iconicbasics.com and we will assist with contacting USPS to track your order. Please note, Iconic Basics is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. 

Returns and Exchanges:

INITIATE A RETURN REQUEST

Iconic Basics does NOT offer exchanges since we are unable to guarantee the style and/or size availability by the time the returned item(s) is received. 

Our top priority is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your items which is why we are happy to offer a store credit in the form of an Iconic Basics E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase.

Store credits are issued if item(s) are returned to us within 14 days of the order fulfillment/ship date for reasons such as but not limited to:

  • Item does not fit
  • Product(s) are damaged

To initiate a return you must process your request through our Iconic Basics Return Center .

If you are unable to process your request through the Iconic Basic Return Center then please send a email to customerservice@iconicbasics.com with subject line "return" and " order number ", reason for return, and item(s) being returned. A member of our team will respond within 24 hours of receipt excluding weekends and holidays. 

All items are thoroughly inspected before packaging and will be thoroughly inspected once return is received to ensure merchandise meet Iconic Basics return requirements. All merchandise must be returned in the original condition:

  • All original tags attached 
  • Free from stains and scents such as fragrances/smoke
  • Unworn/unwashed
  • Returned to us within 14 days from order fulfillment date

*** NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Bodysuits, Swimwear, Sale items
Iconic Basics reserve the right to refuse any returns that is outside of the return period or items that are not in the original condition. Items ending in .90 are FINAL sale.

Returns take 3-5 business days to process once received. 

*** Please note that original shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and return shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer.  

Exchanges:
We cannot ensure our customer's will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to our office, we are unable to accommodate exchanges. We will be happy to issue you a store credit via an E-Gift card once we've received your return. That way, you may use the E-Gift card towards the correct item/size or for another item. 

Damages:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Defective items must be reported within 5 days of order delivery. If not reported, we will not issue credit.

Wrong Item sent: If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of order delivery.

Refunds
:

Once item(s) are received, inspected, and approved you’ll be issued a refund in the form of an Iconic Basics E-Gift card. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to process once it is received. Your E-gift card covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable. Iconic Basics does not credit original shipping charges.
